Is there a way to make Gradle Continue to compile after it encountering an error?

Basically, I have Gradle compiling a few classes and some of those might error out, but I still want Gradle to try and compile the rest of the classes instead of stopping on its tracks. Is there a setting to make that happen? Something like a ContinueOnError is ideally what I would be looking for.

javac does not support continuing on error, so there’s nothing that Gradle can do here.

Is there a way to change the compiler that Gradle uses from javac to say, Eclipse Compiler? Since the eclipse compiler can compile on error, that could be a way to solve this problem.

There is no easy way that I know of. You could write and wire in your own compile task.
