# How to have platform BOM enforce plugin management, plugin dependency management?

In our project platform module, we are including dependencies which are working great for dependency management.  
But, I also want to publish a Maven BOM file that would include plugin management, plugin dependency management sections. Is this possible in Gradle platform ?
