# How long to expect before approval?

Hi,

What is the expected time at the moment for approval?  
Will the approval time be affected if we continue to do new releases while awaiting approval?

Quoting a Gradle guy from the Community Slack 5 minutes ago:

> If the publication worked, the plugin should have shown in the user page, with a pending validation indication.
> 
> I know that all pending requests were handled earlier today. If you did not get an answer still, double check your publication. If you still see nothing - either success, pending or error, mail us using `plugin-portal-support@gradle.com`

The Pending Approval disappeared now and instead it states:

“You (reqstool) haven’t authored any plugins yet. Click the button below to learn how to contribute.”

This is the 2nd time this happens.

I’ll send an email.
