Thanks for pointing this out! Didn’t think of possibility it’s flutter that’s messing things up.
Just to log this for someone who can encounter this too: look at the %FLUTTER_ROOT%/packages/flutter_tools/gradle/build.gradle.kts file’s line with com.android.tools.build:gradle.
